Meet Cory

Born in rural Virginia to a family that invests exclusively in real estate, it is no surprise that Cory often says “real estate runs in his blood”. From the age of five, Cory was gaining experience in the real estate industry, walking properties, watching as new buildings were constructed, and even lending a hand when help was needed painting. 

Following his graduation from Longwood University, Cory worked as an accounting associate for a large international insurance company. After spending just a year in this position, he was inspired by a family member’s comment at Thanksgiving dinner to explore his career options in another industry, one that he already had experience in, real estate. After just two classes, he was hooked. Following Cory’s first two classes, he was hooked. Shortly after, Cory took the real estate exam and became a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia. From that point, he knew that real estate was his calling. 

Beyond his professional life, Cory is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the boards of the World Pediatric Project, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and South Richmond Rotary, where he currently leads as club president. Dedicated to making a difference, Cory donates 10% of his real estate commissions to local charities.
